PROFASA offers an integrated platform for protein structure modeling and analysis in the bioinformatics domain. This workstation simplifies complex workflows, allowing users to easily visualize and analyze protein structures. With one-click operations, users can utilize tools like I-TASSER and AlphaFold2 for protein models, while also benefiting from features like real-time collaboration. Designed for both researchers and educators, PROFASA provides a user-friendly approach to advanced protein study.
PS-GO is a parametric protein search engine that integrates protein structure, sequence, and specific computable parameters. It aims to enhance the capabilities of traditional protein search tools by offering a more tailored approach. Users can set detailed parameters and constraints to find specific protein sequences and structures. Parameters like RC.Score, hydrophobicity, and solvent accessibility can be adjusted, giving researchers a versatile tool to support their work in protein design and engineering.
Silver Surfer is an AI service generating new protein sequences, with options to keep parts unchanged. It's instrumental in bioinformatics and drug design.
PROMVR is a multiplayer protein educational VR game. It provides real-time protein 3D model visualisation, online communication, remote manipulation.
AMPC is a project which aims to find musical meaning in 3D protein structures while investigating the use of data sonification as a design and analysis tool.
MSaaVS offers a dynamic interface for healthcare professionals. With its intuitive visual questionnaire system, medical staff can effortlessly generate custom questionnaires. What sets MSaaVS apart is its integration of virtual proxies, allowing patients to interact with 3D models and voice responses during the questionnaire, enhancing symptom collection efficiency and expediting diagnosis. As the volume of patient data grows, an embedded AI tool activates, leveraging existing files and responses to train predictive models, potentially refining diagnostic accuracy in the process.
PHPlace is developed as a tailored mHealth app for Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP). It introduces animated presentations for clearer patient understanding, an algorithmic scoring system to gauge POP severity, and robust medical information management tools. Significantly, PHPlace is localized, expanding its accessibility across different regions.
